10152025An additional disadvantage of today's gutter hooks is that they arethe manufacture of a number of parts, which makes them expensive andrequired to manufacture, which parts are attached to each otherto form the hook itself. The parts included in the hookare also made of materials with relatively coarse goodsthickness, usually about 5 mm, to achieve sufficientfirmness of the hook. This causes elevations to occur, bumps, in the gutter plate where each gutter hook is placed thentheir attachment part to the roof is arranged belowthe gutter plate.Another disadvantage is that the seal between the foot hook and itthe load-bearing roof means that the elevations, the bumps, in thethe plate is reinforced at each foot hook.
Summary of the inventionAn object of the invention is to provide that the foot gutterthe seal and the fastening means form a unit forthereby ensuring that the correct fastening means with the rightdimension is used when attaching the gutter hooks.Yet another object of the invention is to provide a foot drain.hook that is cheap and easy to manufacture and performs in oneparagraph, and at which all the constituent parts, which are needed formounting it on a roof, are wide-sided gutterso that they form a unit, which in turn facilitatestakes the installation of the gutter hook at the ceiling.
A further object is to provide a gutter hook whosewall thickness is reduced, but with retained strength, whereby the elevations of the footplate plate at each footpathhook can be minimized and smoother surface obtained.lO15202530This object is achieved with a foot gutter hook according to the inventionas defined in claim 1 and partly with the method formanufacture thereof as defined in claim 12.
Preferred embodiments are set out in the dependent claims.

Foot gutter hook 1 comprising at least three portions B, C, Dto form an unequal triangle, wherein at least onefirst part D1 of the portion D forms the base of the triangle and a secondpart D2 of portion D projects to the side and is provided with no1015202530shown through holes for fastening means 6 in the form ofscrews for attaching the foot hook to the ceiling 2. Such asas shown below, the underside of at least the second part D2 of theD provided with at least one seal 9. The screws 6 are threadedthrough the holes 5 and movably mounted in the at least one sealing9, whereby the foot hook 1, the at least one seal 9and the screws 6 form a unit. The seal can either beattached, preferably glued, to said underside ormounted on the underside by means of the screws 6.
Figs. 3-6 show a gutter hook 1 'according to a second embodiment.form of the invention, Fig. 3 being a side view of a blankof sheet metal intended to be bent to the gutter hook 1 'and Fig. 4 isa top view of the blank in Fig. 3. The blank is preferablyelongated and band-shaped and comprising at least four pairs oftier A, B, C, D, a first portion A being intended to constituteone over the mounting portion, a second portion B a first support leg, onethird portion C a second support leg and a fourth portion D oneduring mounting. In each lot A and D is a suitableequal number of holes 5,5 'arranged, through which fastening means, preferably screws, can be threaded. To strengthen especiallythe flexural stiffness of portions B and C may be the same along theirdocants be provided with reinforcing means 21,22. Even par-A can similarly be provided with reinforcing means23. In a preferred embodiment, the reinforcing means are constituted21,22 in that the respective edge of the portions B and C has been folded inpreferably at right angles to the main plane of these lots, when seen in cross section they have the shape of a U. Also the party Azsedges are bent, ie. are provided with edging such asis shown in Fig. 3.
As can be seen from Figs. 3 and 4, the holes 5 in the portion A arelowered, and the holes 5 'in the portion D have such a diameter as tothe side of the recess with fitting fits in the hole 5 '. This1015202530will be described in more detail below with reference to Figs.6.
As shown in Fig. 5, a first bend for forming isan angle al is obtained between the first and the secondA, B, a second bend to form an angle ag isachieved between the second and third batches B, C, anda third bending to of an angle ag is effected betweenthe third and fourth batches C, D. The angles d4, d2, d3 are in onepreferred embodiment all pointed, wherein aluppall toabout 50-85 °, dew rises to about 15-65 ° and dew rises to about 25-75 °. The bends are made in such a way that the fourthD is arranged substantially parallel to and below itfirst portion A, seen as when the gutter hook is mounted ata roof. More specifically, the bends are made so that thethe gutter hook forms an unequal triangle with a protrusionpart, the portions B and C forming the legs of the triangle and a partof lot D its base and that lot A and the restthe part of the portion D protrudes to the side. This means thatthe third portion C is preferably made slightly longer than thatsecond party B.
In an embodiment not shown, the triangle may be in the vicinity ofmost equilateral, whereby blunt and amounts to about 100-l40 °.
As can be seen, the fastening means suitably consist of screwseach 6, which can be threaded through the holes 5.5 '. The length of thesta to the fourth part and the angles are so designed that the holes5.5 'in the first and fourth batch will be locatedin front of each other at the finished gutter hook l '.
From Figs. 2-5 it can be seen that a folding clamp 7 is formed thereinthe second batch B by providing an elongated material1015202530U-shaped grooves in said portion, with an opposite oneThe U-shaped part arranged bending line 8 is placed substantiallyat the bending line of the bending between the other andthe third batch B, C. This folding clamp 7 is intendedto be folded over the upper edge of the gutter 3 to fix thethe same, see Fig. 1. It is obvious to the person skilled in the art thatthe clamp 7 can be arranged in a corresponding manner thereinthird party C.
Furthermore, sealing means 9 are preferably glued to itfourth portion D on the surface of said portion which is directed awayfrom the first portion A, as shown in Fig. 5.net 9, which may be a rubber gasket, extends overa significant length of the fourth batch. By means of sealingIn the holes 9, the screws 6 mounted in the holes 5.5 'can be held onplace by screwing one piece into the sealing member, which facilitates the subsequent installation of the foot hook1.
Fig. 6 is an enlarged schematic sectional view taken along the line.I-I in Fig. 5. In a preferred embodiment, thethe surface 31 of the lowering recess is located opposite the abutment surface forthe screw head against the countersunk recess with a fit against the hole5 'edge 32. This means that in the gutter hook ready-bentform lot D is controlled by the depressions in lot A. Vi-the portion A is provided with an edge 23, which means thata smooth transition is formed between said portion and the undersideof the gutter plate, and the portion D thus has less width thanparty A.
A method of manufacturing a gutter hook 1 according tothe invention comprises the steps:providing an elongate preferably band-shapedsubstance comprising at least four batches, a first batchlOA is intended to constitute an over mounting portion, a second portion Ba first support leg, a third batch C a second support leg anda fourth portion one below the attachment portion, providing a first bend to form aangle d¿ between the first and the second part A, B, _providing a second bend to form a winchkel az between the second and third batches B, C, andproviding a third bend to an angle d3 betweenlan the third and fourth portions C, D, the bends beingperformed in such a way that the fourth portion D is arrangedsubstantially parallel to and below the first lot A.
